East Dean and United Parishes Rural District was formed in 1894 and covered the eastern part of the region known as the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire, England. In 1935 it was renamed as East Dean Rural District and at the same time a number of boundary reforms and mergers occurred amongst the civil parishes within it.
