Bicester Rural District existed from 1894 until 1932 in Oxfordshire, England. It was adjacent to the town of Bicester.

It was abolished in 1932 and the parishes it contained were transferred to Ploughley Rural District. In 1974 the area became part of the Cherwell non-metropolitan District of Oxfordshire.
