Chesley and his wife Sarah witnessed a deed from John Dugger to Jacob Meaks dated 30 Jan 1809. (Brunswick Co., NC Deed Book A page 22).
They were in Effingham for the 1850 census.

There is an S. Dugger on the 1860 census in Effingham Co., GA living with a Heidt family. Unfortunately the census taker chose to use initials instead of names. I'm not entirely sure this is Sarah or someone else. I don't know her relationship to the Heidts. (Mary Dugger married Samuel Heidt in 1844, but this doesn't seem to be her.)
