LUKE B. RUSSELL AT HOSPITAL Camden, March 13-- At the Williams Hospital in Camden, on Tuesday, occurred the death of Mrs. Frances Russell, wife of Luke B. Russell, a highly esteemed resident of Cartervllle, about six miles from Camden. Mrs. Russell had been in poor health for some time and entered the hospital but a short time before she passed away. She was born in Orwell, Feb. 15, 1861, a daughter of William and Louisa Durgee Collins. On Dec. 25, 1880, she was married to Luke B. Russell, and her home has ever since been In the vicinity of Carterville. She was a woman highly esteemed, and was a member of the M. E. Church of Cartervllle. She is survived by her husband, one daughter, Mrs. Charles Downes of Whitesboro; five grandchildren, Blanche, Harold, Herbert and Beatrice Downes and Mrs. W.A. Davies, all of Whitesboro; three sisters, Mrs. DeWill Potts and Mrs. Margaret Williams of Amboy, and Mrs. Ida Skerrltt of Baldwlnsville, N. Y.; two brothers, Horace Collins of Amboy and James Collins of New London.
