Rome Daily Sentinel, 10 Dec 1929: JAMES W. COLLINS DIES AT STACY BASIN Oneida, Dec. 10-- James W. Collins, 79, a retired farmer, died yesterday afternoon at the home of his son, Frank Collins at Stacy's Basin. He had lived in that section for 50 years. He leaves a brother, Horace Collins of Camden; three sister, Mrs. Maggie Williams and Mrs. Cora Potts of Camden and Mrs. Iva Skerritt of Baldwinsville, and the son at whose home he died.
