    BRUNE, Peter, age 57 years, of Denver, Colo., passed away in that city, Saturday, Oct. 12, (1957) following a short illness. Mr. Brune was a former resident of Lynden and had resided in Denver for the past 30 years. He is survived by four brothers, Fred, Dave and Bert, all of Lynden, Simon of Everett; five sisters, Mrs. Dick Zylstra and Mrs. Ernest Blankers, both of Lynden, Mrs. L. R. O'Connor, Langley Prairie, B. C., Mrs. Dick Gleynse of Seattle, and Mrs. Hilding Osberg of Bellingham; five cousins, numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, Oct. 19, at 2 p. m. from the First Christian Reformed Church in Lynden with the Rev. William Reinsma officiating. Interment Monumenta Cemetery under direction of the Gillies Funeral Home.
