Facts and Events
Isabella Hutchinson was baptised on 14th October 1866 at Deptford Chapel in the parish of Bishopwearmouth and town of Sunderland, County Durham. She was the daughter of Mary Hutchinson, formerly Glenny, and her husband Robert Hutchinson, both of whom worked in the paper making industry. In 1869, when Isabella was nearly three years old, her mother died.
The 1871 census finds Isabella living with her father and siblings and a lady called Mary who would marry Robert in 1873 (although the 1871 census already calls her Robert's wife). Isabella was still living with her father, stepmother and siblings in Sunderland for the 1881 census. She has yet to be researched after 1881.
