Daniel Z. Hathaway, 83, former resident of Vernon County, died Jan. 16, at his home, 311 9th Ave., Lewiston, Idaho. Mr. Hathaway was born Jan. 21, 1874, at Schell City, and moved with his family to Montevallo a short time later. In 1903 he was married in Nevada, to Myrtle Mae Bowen, resident of Nevada. They moved west in 1905 and had lived in Lewiston since 1937. Survivors include his wife of the home; a daughter, Mrs. Mildred Lloyd, a grandson, Dick Lloyd and a great grandson, Kirk Lloyd, all of Lewiston three sisters, Mrs. Lillian Nye of New Mexico, Mrs. Margaret Kohler, Harrisonville, and Mrs. Claudia Hubbard, Walker.
