• Page 662.--28th February, 1749. Same (From William Beverley) to William Dunlap, 100 acres on Middle River in Beverley Manor. Corner Robert Kenney; James Henderson's corner. Teste: John McClure, Patrick Martin.

Disposition of Land from Chalkley's:

• Page 116.--__ _____, 1773. John Dunlap to William Dunlap, part of tract in Beverley Manor conveyed to William Dunlap, deceased, 28th February, 1749, and descended to said John. Delivered: Matt. Kinney, 10th May, 1784.
