Benjamin Stuart's will--To son, Archibald; son, John (lot in Waynesboro); son-in-law, George Hutcheson; son, Benjamin (infant); to daughter, Nancy (land in Tazewell County on head of Loral Fork of Wolf Creek); to daughters, Polly, Betsy, Sally, Nancy; to three married daughters, Polly McClung, Betsy Hutcheson, Sally Diddle.
