Thomas Craigc. of Charlotte County, to John Craig, his brother, of Augusta, £27, 178 acres in Beverley Manor, by the Middle River of Shanandore, Kenney's low grounds, Patterson's line. Teste: John Patterson. Robert and Seth Rodgers. [Note: this 178-acre tract in Beverley Manor was the originally patented to Thomas' father, Robert Craig in February 1749].
