Parentage of Thomas Cotner

The parentage of Thomas Cotner has not been proven. He is suspected of being a probable sibling of Peter Cotner, who is also living in the area of Holeman's Creek on the North Branch of the Shenandoah in the 1740's. More research necessary to prove this relationship.
