- Page 424.--15th August, 1761. Moses Bird and Clair, of Frederick County, to John Blizard, £140, on Smith's Creek; cor. Andrew Bird's land, John Phillip's line, 400 acres except 50 acres surveyed for Jacob Rambo. bounded, viz : cor. Jno. Phillips. Teste: Archible Ruddle (Ruddell), Thomas Beggs, Abraham Bird. Delivered: John Blizard, 25th March, 1762.
