Parents are shown as Marcos Bernier and Carmen Teresa Santiago Bernier. The death was registered with civil authorities by Juan Santiago Torres (probably husband's brother), of Aibonito, at 11:00 am in the morning, on 2 July, 1912. Teresa was married to Felipe Santiago Torres (deceased). Cause of death was acute hepititus. A Letitia Santiago is mentioned in the record. She could be the sister of her deceased husband.
