Whittaker and confirmed by John M. Bucklar, 12 February 1940. Died 19 February 1940, at Circleville, Piute, Utah. Buried at Circleville. Appears on Horatio Morrill's (undated) list of Kingston schoolchildren.1880: Living in Circle Valley.2 1 October 1890: Of Circleville. Married Lois Elzetta Barton. Ceremony performed by James Wiley, justice of the peace. Witnesses: Bay Lewis and Orson A. He was a brother of the late Arthur Whittaker. / Surviving are his widow; two brothers, John Whittaker of Idaho and George Whittaker of Circleville; four sons, Rollo, Carl, James L. and Kent Whittaker of Circleville, and two daughters, Mrs. Nell Betenson of Circleville and Mrs. Cora Meeks of Kanab. Several grandchildren survive.
