Whittaker, James Lorenzo, Bishop of the Circleville Ward, Garfield Stake, Garfield Co., Utah, from 1927 to 1930+, was born June 25, 1891, at Circleville, Utah, the son of Taylor Whittaker and Lois Elzetta Barton. He was baptized June 25, 1918, ordained a High Priest Nov. 25, 1923, by George F. Richards, who also ordained him a Bishop Nov. 27, 1927.
