  Rollo Barton Whittaker, son of Taylor Whittaker and Lois Elzetta Barton.  Born 28 January 1905, at Circleville, Piute, Utah.  Married Nola Fawn Campbell 5 June 1929, at Manti, Sanpete, Utah.

Died 8 March 1985. Buried at Circleville. Blessed 20 January 1906, by James E. Peterson. Baptized by James O. Meeks and confirmed by Benjamin Cameron, 25 June 1918. Ordained priest 16 February 1929, by President Charles E. Rowan; elder 9 April 1929, by Charles E. Rowan. 1920: Living in Circleville. Can read and write; attended school during 1919.22 May 1925: C.V. High School Commencement a Success / Thursday evening May 14th the Commencement exercises of the C.V. High School were held in Circleville. The speaker of the evening was Dr. T.L. Martin of the B.Y.U. who gave a very spirited and inspirational address. / The theme of his talk was Men who have made good and become leaders in their day. He cited as examples, Galileo, Luther, Joseph Smith and others. Said we get our future leaders form the youth of today so why should we not prepare them for leadership. ...
