EVERETT MONTEITH Pulaski-- Funeral services will be held... Sunday at the Vorea church by the Rev. Selden Ward, pastor of the Sandy Creek Baptist Church, for Mrs. Ruth Montieth, 49, wife of Everett Monteith, Vorea, town of Orwell. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Orwell. Mrs. Monteith died Wednesday in a Utica hospital where she had been a patient only nine days. She was born in Williamstown, April 15, 1902, daughter of George and Elizabeth Boshart Roser, and had made her home in that town until her marriage to Mr. Monteith when she moved to Vorea. She attended the Vorea church. Surviving, besides her husband, are four daughters, Mrs. Hildreth Babcock, Orwell, Misses Gertrude, Beverly and Janice Monteith; five sons, George E. Monteith in army service at Fort Lawton, Seattle WA, John D., Roy, Robert, and Edward, at home; three sisters, Mrs. Eva Furney, Williamstown, Mrs. Goldie Durgan, Ricard, Mrs. Mildred Mitchell, Michigan; three brothers, Herman Roser, Oswego, and Clarence and Clinton Roser, Ricard.
