- Vol. 2 - SEPTEMBER, 1793 (G to Z). Robert Martin vs. John Clark and Rebecca--Slander. Rockbridge, 1st November, 1791. John Heslup about to remove to Kentucky, 2d April, 1792. Robert Martin, of Greenbrier, to Thomas Scot, of Rockbridge, power attorney, 9th April, 1793. John Heslip deposes, 22d May, 1793. Plaintiff was son of William Martin.
