    Will of "Philip Tucker of Marblehead ... Fisherman", dated 26 Aug 1748, proved 19 Sep 1748, names daughter Mary White; son in Law John Maley; residue split between wife Annis and daughter Alice Maly the wife of John Maley; Wife and son in law John Maly to be executors.
    11 Feb 1760: "Bouth the Exe[c]utors of Phillip Tucker being dead and Setteled no acounts ... [administration] unto his daughter Alies Malay..." Allice Mailey Widow gave bond same date.
