Lenora Saphronia married Frank Kenyon 7 Sep 1876 in Lynn County, Iowa by authority of F D ADAMS. Josiah Hale, Justus of the Peace performed the ceremony.

It seems that Frank deserted Lenora, possibly after their daughter was born.
Saphronia lived with her mother, Roxanna, and took care of here even though Saphronia was subject to fits.

After Roxanna passed away, Saphronia had a nervous breakdown and was put in Independence, later transferred to the County Home in Linn County.

No greater relationship exists than that of friendship. So it is that the family relatives and many friends of Mrs. L. Sephrona Adams Kenyon experienced a great loss in her passing on September 27. Lenora Sephrona Adams Kenyon was born January 30, 1852 in Rockbury township, Washington County, Ohio. At the age of five years she moved with her parents to Iowa and lived in Linn county until she was united in marriage to Frand Kenyon. To this union one child was born, who is now Mrs. Joe (Martha) Kint. Mrs. Kenyon leaves to mourn her loss by her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Kint; three grand-children, Mrs. Ray (Sarah Sephrona) Fay of Charles City; Orva Kint of Belmond and Miss Luva Kint at home. There are five great-grand-children. There is one sister, Mrs. John Brenton Price of Troy Mills and one brother, Joel Winfield Scott Adams of Creighton, Nebraska and other relatives and friends.
