Acquisition of Land from Chalkley's:

• Page 414.--3d August, 1751. William Williams and Sarah, to John Wilson, 388 acres on So. Riv. Shannandore, on a branch called Mill Creek; corner Christofell Franciscus. Teste: Henry Dickins and Evan Evans.

• Page 248. -- 20th November 1755. Wm. Russell, gent., of Culpeper, to John Wilson, £10, 388 acres on Mill Creek, a branch of Shanando, part of a patent to William, 14th December 1753, for 3,100 acres, cor. Perkey's land.

Disposition of Land from Chalkley's:

• Page 17. -- 13th May 1758. John Wilson ( ) and Mary ( ) to Henry Perkey, £80, 388 acres on Mill Creek of Shanando purchased by Jno. from Wm. Russell; corner said Perkey's line. Teste: Robt. Hook, Jacob ( )Persenor (Persinger, Parchinger), Charles Rush.
