• Page 387.--17th August, 1762. John McClerey, Sr., ( ) to John McClerey, Jr., his son, £6, in Beverley Manor on head branch of Middle River of Shanandoah, conveyed to John, 4th February, 1748, part of 420 acres, containing 100 acres. Acknowledged. Delivered to John McClerey, May Court, 1767.
