Last will & testament of Capt. John Lewis, decd., proved & recorded. On motion of executors, Thomas Lewis and Andrew Lewis, certificate is granted for obtaining probate thereof. Whereupon they entered bond with Revd. Adam Smyth and Philip Love, their securities, accdg. to law.
Ord. that Wm. Walton, Wm. Neelly, Wm. Bryants and Jamse Neelly, Junr. appraise slave and personal estate of John Lewis, dec'd, and make report thereof to the court.
