- Wit: James Knox, James L. Lockhart, David Holley
- Probated June 1819 Court
- Exec: John A. Holley and Robert Kincaid
- Beq: to beloved wife Hannah the household furniture, 2 mares, 6 head of cattle and all the hogs, all the grain now on the farm and all the farm utensils left at the farm at her disposal "for the support and bringing up of my children"
- to oldest son William my rifle gun
- to second and third sons, James and William, 2 steel traps, balance of personal property to be sold, with equal divistion among the three sons
- wife to have use of the land for life; if she dies or marries, his executors are to administer the lands for the benefit of the three sons until they are of age.
