John Sensebaugh's land (most likely this 236-acre tract in Beverley Manor SW, acquired from Samuel, John and William Glass (sons of John Glass) in 1775) as shown on the map meticulously drawn by J.R. Acquisition of Land from Chalkley's:
- Page 139.--August, 1775. Samuel Glass. John Glass and Martha ( ), William Glass, of Botetourt to John Sansabough. (Note: the following Familytreemaker site shows that the tract sold to John Sensebaugh was a 236-acre tract, most likely the 236-acre tract of John Glass in Beverley Manor, which John Sensebaugh later sold to Henry Swink in 1778.
