Jacob Spotts marriage to Anna Maria "Mary" Kiser is confirmed in the will of her father, Michael Kiser/Kayser, as follows:
My daughter Anna Maria married to Jacob Spot has received her portion of 200 pounds.

From Chalkley's:

In the name of God Amen. I Jacob Spots of the County of Augusta and State of Virginia being in a common State of health and of Sound mind and memory blessed be God calling to mind the mortality of my Body and knowing that it is appointed for all men to die, do this first day of February in the year of our Lord 1808 make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say,
First I give and bequeath to my true and loving wife Mary one third of all my lands during here life.
Next I give and bequeath to my five sons Jacob, John, George, David and Daniel all my lands to them and their heirs forever and assigns forever to be equally divided between these brothers..
next I give to my fore [four] daughters Mary, Caterine, Elizabeth and Anna two hundred and fifty pounds each one hundred pounds of which my daughter Mary has already received and Caterine likewise. My daughter Elizabeth to be paid one hundred pounds in property when she comes of age and my daughter Anna likewise to receive one hundred pounds in property when she comes of age the remainder of what I leave to my daughters to be paid in the following manner that is to say fifty pounds a year the fi[r]st fifty pounds to be paid to my daughter Mary in one year after my debts are all paid, and fifty in one year from that and so on untill she is paid of and then to begin in the same manner as Catrine untill she is paid of and then Elizabeth and then Anna untill the whole is paid, and all my slaves that I hold at my death shall be sold is sold as soon as can conveniently be done after my dispease [decease] for the purpose of paying my debts and the rest of my moveable estate I leave solely to the care of my wife for the purpose of bringing up any youngest children, giving them necessary schooling & c. and for the purposes of paying the above legacies and as my son Jacob has had, one hundred and thirty pounds in property it is my will that each of my sons should have the same in like property when they come of age it is likewise my will that if any of my daughters should die without heirs her or their shears [shares] to be equally divided between the surviving daughters and I make and ordain my loving wife Mary and my two eldest sons to wit Jacob and John to be my executors to execute this my last will and testament according to the true intent and meaning thereof.

At a Court held for Augusta County December the 24th 1810
This last will and testament of Jacob Spotts deceased was proved by the oaths of Jacob Larew and Elizabeth Larew, two of the witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded and on the motion of Mary Spotts, the executrix and Jacob Spots, and John Spots the executors therein named who made oath according to law and together with George A. Coiner, Frederick Imboden and Jacob Larew their securities ordered into and acknowledged their bond in the penalty of twenty thousand dollars conditioned as the law directs, certificate is granted them for obtaining a probat thereof in due form.
