Note: Other People have his death as being in Franklin, Missouri Genealogical Records: Early Kentucky Settlers, 1700s-1800s Kentucky Marriage Records, Madison County, Page 387 Eastes (Estes), Priscilla and Jacob Miller Feb 1788 "Circuit Court Records of Estill Co.KY 1824-1908" 22 Sept. 1836 David Snowden Vs James McGuire chancery, on 27 April 1825, that James McGuire and Jacob Miller entered in writing that on 20 May 1826, Jacob Miller sold to Snowden a tract of 12 acres that Miller was entitled to under the agreement, the bounds was well known by James McGuire that Jacob Miller died leaving these heirs, Jacob Miller Jr., John Miller, George Miller, the children and heirs of Mary "Polly" Gray who was the daughter of Jacob Miller, towit. John Gray, Silas Gray, Nancy Crawford wife of Joseph Crawford, Polly Richardson wife of Joseph Richardson. Elizabeth "Betsy" Stufflebeam wife of William Stufflebeam, Sarah Cordell wife of James Cordell, Alcey Chambers wife of James Chambers, Nancy Ross wife of James Ross, Peggy Wilkerson wife of Ross Wilkerson and Priscillia Miller. Land from Ambrose Barnet heirs and land from Todd claim was take by superior claims. Published in the Farmers Cronicles for two month and saying they were not inhabitants of the Commonwealth and failed to enter their appearance. Deposition of John Stone taken at Squire Tuner at Richmond on 27 May 1837 to be read in evidence. Was present and seen the signatures on the bond (agreement) between McGuire, Miller and Snowden dated 27 Apr. 1825, wittnessed by Hyraim S.Bean, John S. Bean, Alfred Wilkoks. Whereas the parties purchased a parcel of land at the mouth of Middle Fork of KY River containing 886 A located by Manues Calimes for A. Barnett. Where David Snowden purchased a tract belonging to the heir of Rev. John Todd and sold to him by James E. Davis and John B. Penington.
