Killed Soon After Getting a Pelicy.
The suit of Henry Crumrine, administrator, against the Railway Employes’ Accident Association, is on trial in the Circuit Court. The suit is to collect a policy which the administrator avers was issued to Jacob Crumrine. The latter was killed in a railway accident. The accident association claims that the policy did rot go into effect until after the death of Crumrine; that he had applied for insurance but a few days before the accident in which he lost his life. The administrator contends that the policy was in effect at the time of Crumrine’s death. The case is being tried by jury.
