   It is known that Samuel died after the 1860 census was taken, but it is not known yet the exact year of his death.
   
   The location of Samuel Crumrine's burial is not known at this time. He is not shown buried with his wife, Christine Klare Crumrine, in the Nashville Cemetery in Darke County.
   
   I last found him in Franklin, Darke Co., OH in the 1860 census, living with his son, Joshua.
   
   I did not find Samuel or Joshua in the 1870 census in Darke County.

   Samuel Crumrine, b. ca.1796 in Penna., m. Christine Klare, b. ca.1798, d.6 Sept. 1855. The 1850 Darke Co. O., census has Samuel in German Twp. and 51 yr. old. In the 1860 census he is listed as 64 yrs. old. At that time he was living with his son, Joshua. Christine is buried in Nashville cemetery Darke Co. Land deed records for the county reveal the following: "Know by all men present, that I, Samuel Crumrine, of the county of Darke in the State of Ohio in consideration that my son Peter Crumrine agrees to support me during my natural life ... give land ...“ (west half of N.W. quarter of Section 11 in Twp. 11, Range I, 80 acres.) This was recorded 1 May 1856 (Book D 2, page 175.)
   
   On 5 Sept. 1859, Peter Crumrine, Sr. (sic) and Samuel Crumrine brought suit against Peter Crumrine, Jr. (sic) for the latter not living to the agreement with Samuel for support. Peter Jr. had sold the land. Peter later listed as living in Preble Co., O.). (Book I 2, p. 269)
