- Pages 1-3. 14-14 May 1740. Jost Hite of Orange County to Jacob Chrissman of same. Lease and release; for £7.10.-. 750 acres on the western side of Sharrando, granted by pattent to Just Hite 3 Oct. 1734 (signed) Jost Hite. Wit: David Vaunce, William Reed, Isaac Hite. 22 May 1740. - Page 165.--14th November, 1746. Thomas Linwell and Hannah, his wife, to Jacob Christman, of Frederick County, £100 currency; 500 acres. part of 1,500 acres purchased of Jost Hite on Linwell's Creek. Witnesses, Wat Ellice, G. Jones. Acknowledged, 20th November, 1746.

- Page 14.--17th August, 1768. John Bear and Kartharine ( ) to Francis McBride, £190, 200 acres on Linvell's Creek, part of 500 acres patented to William Linwell and by him conveyed to Joseph Bryant, 20th August, 1746, and by him to Jacob Crisman, who conveyed 300 acres thereof to said Francis McBride and by him to said John Bear, 17th March, 1746, 200 acres whereof is bounded, viz., corner Josiah Boon's part. Delivered: Jacob Miller, 7th August, 1771.
