WILL: My Last Will and Testament. In the name of God Amen, I, Isaac Weydemeyer of the Township of Tinicum in the County of Bucks and State of Pennsylvania, Farmer, Do Make and publish this My last Will and Testament thereby revoking and Making Void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore Made. And First, I direct that my lot of 15 acres to My Wife Catharine as long as she lives. And after her death it shall be Sold by My Executor and Shall Equality divided in Equal Shares. And I Direct Two Cows to My Wife for her use and all the personal property in the house that I had in my possession at the time of my death. I direct that My Son William Shall have, And Sarah My daughter shall each have one hundred dollars apiece More than my Other daughters, and then Equal Sharse alike. And to Affectionate this My intention I do hereby vest in My Executor full power and Authority to dispose of My real and personal property in as full and Large a Manner in Every respect as I could if a living. And I do hereby Make and ordain My Son William Weydemeyer My Executor of this My last Will and Testament. In witness whereof Isaac Weydemeyer the testator have to this Will written set My hand and seale this twenty fourth day of December in the Year of Our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty one.

Bucks County SS On the twenty Ninth day of December AD 1881 personally appeared before Me Hugh B. Campbell Register of Wills in and for the County of Bucks Elias Strouse and Reuben Ealer the subscribing Witnesses to the annexed instrument of Writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Isaac Weydemeyer decd. And being first duly Sworn & affirmed according to Law did depose and Say that they were present And Saw and heard Isaac Weydemeyer sign and Seal publish pronounce and declare the annexed paper writing as and for his last Will and Testament and that at the time of his so doing he was of Sound Mind and Memory and of disposing understanding to the best of their Knowledge and belief..

Bucks County SS Be It Remembered that on the twenty ninth day of December AD 1881 the annexed last Will and Testament of Isaac Weydemeyer deceased, was duly proved when letters Testamentary thereon were granted unto William Weydemeyer the executor therein named he having been duly affirmed Well and truly to Administer the goods and Chattels Rights and Credits of the said deceased according to Law. And also diligently and faithfully to Regard and Well and Truly Comply With the provisions of the Law relating to Collateral Inheritance.
