ORPHANS COURT: 4832, No. 5, Susannah Widemoyer, et al pet for guard; page 140. The Petition of Susannah Widemoyer widow of Jacob Widemoyer late of Tinicum Twp. and mother and next friend of Jonas Widemoyer was presented and read representing that the said minor is above* the age of fourteen years and has no person Legally authorized to take charge of his person and estate. She therefore prays the Court to be permitted to Recommend Michael Worman as guardian. Whereupon September 12th 1837 the Court appointed Michael Worman as recommended by the petitioner.

Van Campen, late Sheriff of Warren Co., NJ. 2nd Party: Caspar Garner of Twp of Pohatcong, Warren Co., NJ. Whereas, Abraham Edinger, lately in our Warren Circuit Court recovered a judgement against Ann Weydemeyer & Jonas Weydemeyer, the sum of $513.13 damages, $40.14 costs; & afterwards a certain writ of fieri facias issued out of said Court upon the judgement aforesaid, commanding the Sheriff..... that of the goods & chattles of Ann Weydemeyer & Jonas Weydemeyer he should cause to be made the aforesaid damages & costs; & that if sufficient goods & chattles of the said defendants....could not be found in his bailiwick....in that case he should cause the whole or the residue of the said damages & costs, as the case might require it to be made of the lands, tenements, & hereditaments & real estate of the said defendants whereof they were seized on the 14th day last or at any time afterwards.....; & whereas sufficient goods chattles .... could not be found to make the said damages & costs & the Sheriff did seize & take a certain tract of land situate, lying & being in the Twp of Pohatcong.... containing 5 16/100 of an acre. .... did advertise the same for sale at public vendue on Sat. the 24th day of Dec 1887, at the Lee House in the town of Phillipsburg ....& also published & printed in the Warren Democrat & in the Warren Journal .... said Casper Garner being the highest bidder .... sold for $291. signed, George M.
