!ORPHANS COURT: No. 4832, No. 11, L. & M Widemoyer, Pet for Guardian. Page 132. The Petition of Lavina and Mary Widemoyer minor children of Jacob Widemoyer Late of the Township dec. was presented and reads reprresenting that the said minors are above the age of fourteen years and have no person legally authorized to take charge of their persons and Estate. They therefore pray the Court to permit them to choose some Suitable person as guardian. Whereupon June 19th 1837 the Court appointed Jacob Kilmer agreeable to their choice.
