U.S. Army Ret. : Richards, Isaac - born 1759 in Rockingham [then Augusta] County, Virginia*; entered service 1781 in Harrison County, Virginia, in Virginia Regiment; granted Pension thee in 1832; neighbors Edward Goodwin & Henry Flesher made affidvit there then; William Richards (no kinship given) made affidavit there then per County Court Clerk David Davisson; Josiah Samson made affidavit there then that he served in Revolutionary War with soldier; soldier died 4/29/1833, leaving widow Rachel, who was granted his Pension arrears.
