Thomas, Wm. Nalle, Ro. Davis, *James Dyer, *Henry Ewing, *Wm. McDowell, *Anthony Ryder, *John Fitzwater, *Isaac Hinkle. (Those checked (*) qualified). Silas Hart qualified Sheriff. Gawen Hamilton qualified Under Sheriff. Thomas Lewis qualified Surveyor. Hugh Diver's will probated. Wm. Magill's estate, administrator appointed; Margt., the widow, refused. Peter Hog unanimously chosen Clerk.
1781--May 29th, Gawen Hamilton recommended Major. Michael Baker recommended Captain of Company lately commanded by John Fitzwater. Josiah Harrison qualifies Ensign. Henry Ewing allowed for 23 days acting as Commissary.
1781--November 27th, Benj. Harrison recommended County Lieutenant vice Daniel Smith, deceased. Benj. Patton recommended Captain vice Rob. Davis resigned. Reuben Harrison, son of Thomas, constable. Henry Ewing allowed for riding as Commissioner for the Provision Law.
1782--February 25th, Peter Hog dead since last Court. Henry Ewing elected Clerk.
1783--September 22d, John Maxfield's estate committed to Brewer Reeves. Daniel McKenley notifies the Court that he is going to Georgia. Certificate granted of true Wiggish principles. John Huston acted Commissioner of provision law in 1781, and Henry Ewins in 1781.
