"Grace Biles      SYCAMORE -- Services for Grace A. Biles, 99, will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Walton-Moore Funeral Home, Sycamore, the Rev. Robert Smitley officiating.  Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery, Sycamore.      Visitation will be from 6-9 this evening in the funeral home.   Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice or to St. John's Baseline United Church of Christ, near Sycamore.      Formerly of 1476 Ohio 103, Sycamore, Mrs. Biles died in Heartland of Bucyrus nursing home at 5:20 p.m. Saturday, April 29, 1989.  She had been in failing health the past five years.      Born Jan. 12, 1890, in Wyandot County, she was the daughter of John and Florence (Shuff) Montz.  On Dec. 11, 1909, she married Frank Biles, who died Dec. 13, 1955.      Mrs. Biles was a homemaker.  She attended St. John's Baseline UCC.      Surviving are nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews."
