Mrs. Georgia Wilson, 81, was Ohio Lamp Inspector
Mrs. Georgia Ann Wilson, 81, 1721 State Road, N.W., died at 8 p.m Sunday in Imperial Nursing Home.
She was born Aug. 5, 1904 in Mecca Township, the daughter of Oscar and Cora Scott Winans.
Mrs. Wilson had lived in the Champion area for 31 years, coming from Leavittsburg.
She formerly worked as an inspector at Ohio Lamp Plant for 11 years.
Mrs. Wilson had attended Champion Christian Church and was a member of Wahola Club at Ohio Lamp. She also enjoyed crafts.
Survivors include her husband, Lauren T. Wilson, whom she married Jan. 1, 1936; a son, Calvin of Champion; a daughter, Mrs. Fred (Catherine) Fink of New Waterford; a sister, Corda Free of Pinellas Park, Fla.; a brother, Glen Winans of Clearwater, Fla.; and four grandchildren. A brother and four sisters preceded her in death.
A private funeral will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Shafer-Winans Funeral Home, Cortland. Burial will be in Champion Township Cemetery. There will be no calling hours.
