Some Ancestry Member Trees claim that a George Trump [Van Trump] was born as early as 1715 and died in 1769 in the Netherlands, but since he consented to his son Jacob's marriage to Christina Powlas in 1799 in Augusta County [see record below]. it appears unlikely that George would have died 30 years earlier in the Netherlands. Additional research may be needed.
