George Goodman was baptised on 3rd November 1801 at Willen in Buckinghamshire, son of Elizabeth Goodman, formerly Binks, and her husband Henry Goodman, a labourer.

George died as a young man when he was 22 years old, being buried at Willen on 20th June 1824. Both his parents outlived him.
