  • In 1790-1791 in Staunton, Christian Mummer (1768-bef. 1812) was involved in a court case, Christian Mummer vs. Jacob Peck and Michael Fackler--A. and B. involving "false imprisonment.' Jacob Danner deposes, Botetourt County, 6th July, 1790: Aged 22 years; Mummer kept Fackler's mill. George Danner, same, aged 23. Peck vs. Mummer--Same as above.   • Vol. 2 - Marriage Bond: 1801--March 23, Solomon Danner and John Towell, surety. Solomon Danner and Elizabeth Hurk (Husk). Solomon is son of Solomon Danner (German), who consents. Teste: George Danner and Leonard Danner. [Note: relationship with Solomon Danner uncertain]
