- In the second place I give and bequeath to my sons James and Joseph Tedford, their heirs and assigns forever, each and equal share of all and singular my lands and tenements likewise and equal share of all my horses excepting my best young mare which I give and bequeath unto my daughter Agness likewise two cows with thirty pounds to be paid her in the space of three years - I do consitute make and ordain Wm. Tedford, George Tedford and James Tedford, senior, my only and sole executors of this my Last Will and Testament and I do hereby utterly disalow revoke and disanull all and every other former Testament, Will and Legacies bequests and execution by me in any ways before this time named and bequeathed, ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my Last Will and Testament: in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this day and year above written.
