- Vol. 2 - DISTRICT COURT. SEPTEMBER, 1793 (G to Z). Patrick Owens vs. Benjamin Darst--A. and B. *Rockbridge, 5th October, 1792.
- Vol. 2 - JUDGEMENTS. APRIL, 1802 (D to L). Polly Darst, infant, by Benj. Darst, vs. Polly Wendel--Slander.
- Vol. 2 - CIRCUIT COURT CAUSES ENDED. Anderson Thompson vs. Payne--O. S. 109; N. S. 37--Bill, 31st January, 1804. Jesse Payne of Goochland was indebted to plaintiff and died testate, being possessed of several slaves left him by his grandfather, Josias Payne. They were in possession of Agatha or Agness Payne, mother of Jesse, who sold them to Jesse's wife, Sally. Jesse and Agatha or Agness are dead, and Sally has married Benj. Darst, of Rockbridge.
