Acquisition of Land from Chalkley's:
- Page 356.--20th July, 1789. Same [From Maj. Andrew Lockridge and Jane] to Andrew Lockridge, Jr., their son. tract conveyed to Maj. Andrew Lockridge by James Lockridge, his father. 21st August, 1764

- Page 8.--4th December, 1798. John Louchridge's will--To wife, Anna, and children; to son, James (his schooling); to 3 oldest sons, viz: Andrew, William, John; to daughter, Betsy; to daughter, Sarah; to daughter, Anna. Executors, brother Andrew and James Berry. Teste: James Peery, Samuel Tagart, Jean Shields, Sr.; Mary McKnight, Samuel Black. Proved, 24th June, 1799, by Perry [Peery] and Tagart. Executors qualify. [Note: John Lockridge was a younger brother of Andrew Lockridge]
