propr. of Westfield 1666, but never liv. there; rep. 1680, 3, and 4,
sheriff of the Co. and d. 8 May 1692. Sarah m. 1676, William
Holton, jr.
; Hannah m. Joseph Bedurtha; Abilene m. Thomas Gilbert;
Esther m. Ephraim Colton; and Margaret m. Ebenezer Parsons.
THOMAS, Windsor, may be thot. to have rem. with Warham, from Dorchester,
but no certainty is reach. by inquir. unless the conject. be adopt.
that he and first Thomas Marshall were the same person. The first that
can positive. be learn. is by a letter from him, as Marshfield, to Samuel
Wakeman
, 6 May 1641, on p. 12 of our Vol. I. of Reg. of Deeds,
strange as the place is, where an extr. is insert. by Gov. Winthrop and
next yr. he withdrew from the country, as by Conn. Rec. 14 Oct. 1642,
when the Court appoint. trustees to manage his est. for use of the
creditors. Perhaps he was lost at sea, but at least no more was ever
heard of him. His wid. and fam. rem. to Springfield, the ch. being
Samuel, bef. ment.; Sarah, wh. m. Thomas Miller, and ano. d.

    MARSTON, BENJAMIN, Salem, s. of John, m. 25 Nov. 1678,
Abigail, d. prob. of Hilliard Verin, had Abigail, b. 28 Aug. foll. rep.
1696, was, I presume, f. of Benjamin, H. C. 1689, a man of distinct.
EPHRAIM, Salem, s. of John, by w. Elizabeth had Ephraim, b. 24 May
1673; and Samuel, 2 Nov. 1676. EPHRAIM, Hampton, s. of Thomas, m.
19 Feb. 1678, Abigail, d. of John Sanborn, took o. of alleg. 1678, as also did,
in the same town, the same yr. ISAAC, JAMES, and WILLIAM, who, perhaps,
were his brs. or cous. of wh. ISAAC m. 23 Dec. 1669, Elizabeth d. of John
Brown
, had Caleb, b. 19 July 1672; Abigail, 25 Dec. 1673, d. in six
