West Tisted is a small village and civil parish in the East Hampshire District of Hampshire. It is 6.7 miles (10.8 km) northwest of Petersfield, just off the A32 road. East Tisted is a separate civil parish a short distance to the northeast.

The nearest railway station is the restored Ropley station on the Watercress Line, trains from which connect with the nearest national rail station 7.8 miles (12.6 km) to the northeast, at Alton. Petersfield station on the Portsmouth Direct Line is 6.7 miles (10.8 km) to the southeast of the village.
