Bishops Sutton Hundred was located to the east of Winchester and is surrounded on three sides by Fawley Hundred. The hundred has a detached part on the county border with Surrey, England which includes the parish of Headley. It is covered in Volume 3 of the Victoria County History for Hampshire where it is spelled "Bishop's Sutton Hundred".
