Ledbury Rural District is located in the eastern part of Herefordshire, England near the border with the county of Worcestershire. It did not merge with any other rural district during the 1930s. In 1974, when Herefordshire and Worcestershire joined to form the short-lived administrative county of Hereford and Worcester, most of it became part of the South Herefordshire District. The town of Ledbury was a municipal borough with a separate local administration.

Its parishes were formerly mostly in Radlow Hundred and Greytree Hundred.
