Norton Webster, a farmer, married Jermina Hopkins in Clarendon.She was the daughter of Abner & Lydia (Wickwire)Hopkins. They lived & raised their family there, dying nearby in Holley and both are buried in Hillside Cemetery. He died at age 59 and she remarried after 1875 to Timothy Carr
He wrote his will in 1872 & it was probated in Apr 1873. He left his house & lot in Village of Holley, in town of Murray to his widow Jemima plus all the goods, furnishings & crockery. To her also $2000 plus a yearly payment of $100. The farm in Clarendon (70 acres) and everything else went to his only son, Harrison N. Webster.
