  6. Benjamin's Will seems to give a lot of property to his children, and attempts to give equal amounts to the children of each marriage. He gives a home each to sons Jacob and Benjamin. Several children were named as receiving "chests", but nothing was noted about what was in them. He appoints his sons David, Daniel, and Isaac to be executors of this Will. The witnesses were Samuel and John P. Lower.
